Ironworkers – those who work on skyscrapers know one thing for sure. That is human life is essential and irreplaceable. Play it safe. As a result employers now take it as a truism that they have the obligation to protect lives of employees from danger at all times. As a result it’s a fact of life that on the job companies are to provide protective equipments to reduce risk and risk factors during working times and on the job-site. Working with heights ten meters or more could be dangerous to workers. It is essential that they are well trained or knowledgeable on following safety measures to avoid accident. Full fall protection is also required to prevent from falling to the ground. Fall protection equipments include guardrails, travel restraint, and fall arrest or safety net. On the other hand, some workers ignored safety measures and equipment which in the end result to death.
