Women bikers are becoming an increasingly common sight on Britain’s roads, as last year alone around 10,000 women passed their motorcycle training practical test. In a testament to girl power, they now account for at least 20% of the UK’s growing number of motorcyclists.

There are several well known tricks that thieves and crooks that specialize in injury claim frauds use. They will catch you unprepared and file suit against you. Usually your insurance company will pay but your premiums will go up. They will take advantage of the fact that you are stressed out and maybe in a hurry to set their trap.

It happens far too often, you are driving in the same careful mature fashion you were trained to do when you originally got your license, but you can not avoid those who share the road who are not similarly vigilant. By its nature, the accident takes you by surprise, if you had been afforded any opportunity, you might have been able to avoid it. The sound and fury of the impact is startling and leaves you a bit confused on how to respond to the vehicles movement in a manner you did not direct it. You think about the damage being done to your car, but the notion of filing an injury claim does not even surface yet.

As far as the UK is concerned, the accident claims industry happens to be worth approximately 6 billion every year. Quite a reasonable percentage of this amount is built on the basis of workplace accident claims. The question arises that why these compensatory claims over accidents that take place or occur at work are made, and if the employee is actually the defaulter or not.
